Meet Ace Of Spades

Ace of Spades was from a group of horses known as "the Dover 26" who were crammed into a lorry to be cruelly and illegally smuggled out of the UK. He is only a baby and must have been terrified. However, he is proving to be a nice little character who is quick to learn. He enjoys being pampered and is very inquisitive. He is still unsure at times about picking up his hind feet although he is always improving and is now well behaved with a calm, patient farrier. Ace now needs time to just be a horse and companion to others whilst he gains some much needed experience of the world. Ace may have the potential to be backed in the future if his rehomer has previous experience of this, although it will depend very much on how he develops and not until he is at least 5 years old. We have no information on his breeding but we estimate Ace could be approximately 14.2hh when fully grown.
